About Us

 

We are a virtual assistant service owned and operated by Jill Noyes of Falmouth, Maine just 20 minutes north of Portland, Maine.  Our assistants include part-time and full-time contractors.  Some of whom have worked with local police departments and large corporations in Boston, Massachusetts.  And, when we say 24/7, we are not kidding.  We are willing to work with the clients needs as much and often as possible.  If a client needs a project in a certain timeframe, it is very unlikely they will be told they can't have it.  It has not happened yet.  Work options/hours with us are very flexible.  Our VA's even work when they are on the road and have been known to work while on vacation or where ever they are.  But, that is one of the perks of being virtual - mobility.   In today's world of technology, the possibilities are endless.  When was the last time your in-house administrative assistant was willing to work for you while she was away somewhere and at the last minute, you realized you needed something immediately, and you could not do without it?  In-house very rarely happens.  Virtually, we make it happen as long as we can get cell phone service and can get on line, work happens.  

 

We supply our clients with personal VA's as well as corporate VA's.  We will arrange for everything from in-home and corporate maid services, gift purchases & deliveries, home/office furniture purchases/deliveries, typing, proofreading, client presentations, phone calls, invoicing - accounts receivables/ payables, travel arrangements, internet research, email, appointment scheduling, on-line bill payments, website maintenance, phone interviews that include .mp3 and .wav digital file backup transferred to you via email, transcription, etc...  Just let us know what you need, and we will do our best to accommodate you and figure it out. 

 

Our clients come from a wide variety/range of life mentors, personal/ professional coaches, writers, branding companies, real estate agents, real estate foreclosure/bankruptcy agents, lawyers, personal small business VA clients, veterinarians,  including first time remote office set up etc.....  And, we are glad to say that no one has left any type of negative feedback or had a project finished and was not overly satisfied with the results.

Our Main Service Goal

 

Our main goal is to fulfill our client's needs and help them to be the successful businessmen and women they have worked so hard to become.  We also aspire to let other businesses know that it is not always necessary for them to keep several administrative assistants on staff 40 hours a week to accomplish everything they need and that virtual assistants really are realistic in today's business world especially when more than 90% of it can be accomplished without paying for exorbitant salaries, skyrocketing benefits, and expensive office equipment.

 

Our assistants are heavily versed in customer service, confidentiality, quality of work, and attention to detail as being our main priorities.  We demand that our virtual assistants go that extra mile, and we know that our client's appreciate it.  Otherwise, why would they keep coming back!

 

Client Billing

 

Billing is done each Friday or Saturday and is due upon receipt (within 24 hours of invoice receipt via PayPal) unless otherwise arranged between the Client and VGF.  Long-term clients are invoiced per their contract and short-term single project clients are billed in 15-minute increments at their contracted rate and require a 50% retainer before the commencement of work can begin.  Additionally, upfront retainer fees are "not" required for long-term clientele.  A long-term client is defined as a client that has been or plans to work with VGF for 2 or more months as described in Long-Term Contract.  All additional fees incurred for miscellaneous items such as software, website, subscription fees/purchases, gift purchases etc... as requested by client are the upfront responsibility of the client not VGF, and therefore arrangements must be made in advance with VGF before any miscellaneous items will be purchased/arranged.  Please see the Contract Information on the next page for more details on how to categorize your company as a long-term client or a short-term client.

 

As previously mentioned above, I can not stress enough that we pride ourselves on our professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail and never want to see an unhappy client.   We are well known for giving more than what is asked for.  And, the best compliment we can get is your repeat business and referral to others.
